I'd never have pegged Fred to be a Neil Diamond fan-Solitary Man is a great song. I saw the Barenaked Ladies in concert two or three times in high school. I used to think I was cool because not that many people knew who they were then. Van Morrison's Astral Weeks is one of the greatest albums by anybody.
Oh yeah, Andy...when we used to live on Clark Rd., I can remember ruining his Neil Diamond records because we danced around to them so much, we scratched them up! LOL
Yeah, saw BNL when I was 9 months pregnant with Mattie...that was fun. I liked them when no one knew them either....but had to include them.
Wanted to include Joni Mitchell, Janis Joplin, and Dr. Hook, but couldn't choose! I'd be interested in seeing your top ten list!
#'s 3, 4, 6, and 10 are among my favorites, too.
